A dedicated property manager can be appointed to the property to oversee the the arrival and departure of guests, if required. Duties of the property manager can include preparing the house for guest arrivals, being readily available for guests that may require assistance during their stay, ensuring the house is in order at the end of a stay, and marketing and promoting the property, all according to your needs.

No Long Term Contracts

There are no long-term contracts involved, and you have the freedom to stop using our services at any time, as well as working in conjunction with other property rental agencies.

Professional Photography

We provide professional photographers to showcase your property in the best way, in order to maximize the potential for future rentals through high-end marketing. The high-resolutions photographs will also be available for you to license for self-marketing purposes.

Bookings and Calendars

We take care of everything, from calendar enquiries and daily bookings, to guest liaison and questions regarding the property, which we then communicate with you. Property dates are secured through secure online payment deposits, after which we organize the rental contract and ‘welcome packages’ for each property.

Fees
